How we verify a stay
A seal only means something if people know what is behind it. This is what happens before any stay is listed.
- The owner appliesApplying is free. We ask for the name of the stay, the place, the type, the number of rooms and a Facebook page or website if there is one.
- Live video walkthroughWe call the owner on video. They walk us through the approach road, reception, every room type, the bathrooms, the dining area and the view. We ask them to point the camera wherever we ask, not only where they choose.
- Phone confirmationWe confirm the starting price, the number of rooms, what meals and extras cost, and the house rules. We ask what guests complain about most, and we write that down.
- The listing goes liveThe page carries the date it was verified, what is genuinely good and the honest notes. A stay that cannot pass is not listed.
What the seal does not mean
It does not mean a stay is perfect, and it does not promise the weather, the view or the road. It means the stay is real, the rooms look like the video, the price was confirmed and the flaws are on the page.
If something is not as listed
Send your booking request through Suvaggo so there is a record. If a stay does not match its listing, tell us and we will look into it with the owner. A stay that repeatedly fails to match its listing loses the seal.
