- Booking requests Send a request through Suvaggo. We confirm availability and price with the owner.
- Owner applications Owners apply to be verified and listed.
Phase 2: Pay online, protected
Coming soon- Online payment with escrow Pay through a licensed gateway. The owner is paid after you check in.
- Problem reports and refunds Tell us by phone or WhatsApp. We hold the payment while we look into it.
Phase 3: Guides, cars and boats
Coming soon- Verified local guides Guides checked on video and by a live call, booked the same way as stays.
